退換政策
Refund Policy
Ouilocel.Shop commit in ensuring customer service by providing shipping service diligently. Our team will inspect each item before ship out to ensure products are all in good condition. However, accident could happen if you ever receive any fraud or broken items, please contact us at hello@ouilocel.shop
Returns
If you find your product is broken or fraud, you may apply a refund via our contact form or email. Our refund policy lasts 7 days after you receive your order (according to tracking information). If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with your order confirmation number and photo proof of your item condition by email.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or items have been delivered more than 7 days.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund application is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30-35 working days depending on your bank.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@ouilocel.shop however, we can only return the same item to you if items are in stock or still available as some of our products are at limited edition or small quantity. Other alternative may be provided, such as same amount of Cash Voucher or item with equal value.
Shipping
We will send you an instruction email for return of shipping via email at hello@ouilocel.shop
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on which region you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note that every purchased item can only be refunded or exchanged for One Single Time.

如果客戶發現產品有損壞或因質量問題希望退款,請在收到包裹後的 7 個工作日內連同訂單編號、有關產品狀況的照片電郵到 hello@ouilocel.shop 給我們。經查證您的退款申請後,我們將向您發送一個電子郵件,通知您批准或拒絕退款。如果您獲得批准,您的退款將被處理,並在 30-35 個工作日內自動將金額退回原有支付平台,具體時間取決於您的銀行平台。
退換
如果客戶發現產品有損壞或因質量問題希望更換貨品,請在收到包裹後的 7 個工作日內連同訂單編號、有關產品狀況的照片電郵到 hello@ouilocel.shop 給我們。經查證您的退換申請後,我們將向您發送一個電子郵件,通知您批准或拒絕退換。如果您獲得批准,我們會安排更換同一款貨品,請注意如店鋪已經沒有同款產品,我們會以同等價值的CASH VOUCHER 或款項退回。產品換貨和退貨僅適用於產品質量問題或發貨錯誤,並不適用於客戶個人理由而提出的更換或退款。
郵寄
如需退換產品,我們會以電郵通知你的退換程式。在一般情況下,客人需承擔所有訂單退換的有關運費。
每張訂單只可退換貨一次。
