退換政策

我們非常重視客戶的購物體驗和滿意度。在倉庫發貨前檢查商品狀況,盡力確保客戶商品在送達時的品質。但是我們也無法完全避免會有意外損壞的發生。 因此,客戶如收到商品有損壞、錯配或質量等問題。請在收到包裹後的7 個工作天內連同訂單編號、有關商品狀況的照片以電郵/WhatsApp聯絡我們。經本公司確認後, 我們會跟客戶聯絡並安排更換或將款項退回原有支付平台。

注意事項

  • 商品換貨和退貨僅適用於商品質量損壞或發貨錯誤,不適用於客戶個人理由而提出更換款式或退款。
  • 如有關商品已經沒有存貨,我們會跟各戶商討更換其他貨品或退款。每張訂單只可退換貨一次。
  • 退款安排需時較長,原有支付平台手續時間約30天。具體時間需要跟銀行確認。

  3. OUILOCEL 確認後會將退換確認表格發給你。請填寫並回復。
  4. OUILOCEL 會通知客戶具體詳程。

Return + Refund Policy

International Customers ( SINGAPORE, JAPAN, USA)


We carefully handled all of our items at warehouse before shipment, however, we cannot avoid accidents to be happened during the shipping and delivery process.  If customers found any damaged/destroyed or wrong items upon arrival, please notify us via email hello@ouilocel.shoop or whatsapp within 7 days from the date your parcel arrived. 


Our return + refund policy generally lasts 7 days after you parcel arrival date (the exact date in reference to the date your parcel was signed off by courier). If 7 days have gone by since you received your parcel. unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return,

Return/Refund policy only apply to Items that are received Wrong, Damaged or Destroyed. Items that were in good condition and were requested for refund/return by customers own wish will not be accepted.
o    your item must be unused and in the same “described” condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
o    We reserved our rights for not refunding items outside of 7 days of refund period or items that were at good conditions but was requested by customers to refund at their personal reasons.
o    If items were not in stock, Ouilocel will negotiate with customers for alternative items to be returned/ a full refund will be granted.
o    Return/Refund Request can only be applied one time at each purchase.
o    The refund period usually takes longer due to the payment platform arrangement for approximately 30 days. The actual period is subject to various bank protocol. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
o     Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

To complete your return, we require the following steps: (A)
o    email us hello@ouilocel.shop/ whatsapp +85291946310 upon the date /within 7 days of your parcel received, with a receipt/order number of the purchase, and a picture that demonstrated clearly the item's specific damaged/ error condition.

o    upon confirmation by Ouilocel, you need to fill in and return the Return Slip provided by Ouilocel for processing. 
o    Ouilocel then notify you the details for return/refund.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days that depends on the payment service provider you used for your purchase. Every item you purchased from us will only be allowed for refund or exchanged for only one time. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or payment service provider again.
For credit card transactions, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returned Shipping
To return your product, please send us an email at hello@ouilocel.shop

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
